MEET MJB

Monica Jackson-Buxton, MJB or Dr. Buxton for short has a dual lifestyle. She is a Corporate HR Manager in Talent Sourcing and Training & Development for 22 textiles manufacturing facilities.  As an up and coming entrepreneur, she is also the CEO of “The Ultimate Ensemble”, as an Executive Director in Paparazzi Accessories. 

Monica is the leader of the amazing Dazzler’s Team. She is known for her captivating energy and love of empowering others to feel confident. Because when you look GOOD....you feel GOOD. When you feel GOOD....you do GOOD!

Rural Hall, NC is where she grew up and currently resides in Gastonia, NC with her husband and two sons.  Her formal education has been an amazing journey of completing two Bachelor’s degrees, Master’s degree, and Doctoral degree. Monica enjoys helping others reach their full potential, personally and professionally. As a personal goal she strives always reach back to empower, everyone she meets to achieve success in higher education, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys planning weddings, making floral arrangements, and being a football/basketball team mom for her children. Recently Monica was recently honored as one of the queens for Women’s Health Month Celebration (Best Life, Best You). Featured as a motivational speaker on “The Voice of Many” podcast. Serves on the Board of Directors for PIEDMONT TRIAD REGIONAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.  She has also had the pleasure of serving as an expert panelist for Gaston Community College “Rebuilding the Textile Talent Pipeline: A Conversation on Ways to Recruit and Retain Talent in our Industry” webinar.
